Be proud of whatever we have done to move forward, big or small... Tap on our own shoulders and say to ourselves: “You’ve done a good job. I am so proud of you. I appreciate you for exactly the way you are, where you are and whatever you have done. I love you. Let’s keep going one step at a time.” One step at a time. You got this.
